Full Throttle posted... Do you think even if this was an accidental shooting by a hunter, that jerk should STILl be charged? Feels like he should, simply because he's now wasting police time having fled the scene. Even if the hunting accident was 100% excusable, he's caused problems by not coming forward. adjl posted... If the victim was wearing his orange, this is murder. Plain and simple. If he was just there, it seems unlikely he was in orange.
