Except it's not, because you don't believe in sin. You're also presupposing that she has gay classmates, which isn't necessarily the case anyway.

And a lot of things are sins, but if you don't believe in religion, you aren't going to believe in sin.

Not really. Hell my school back in my teens offered a sow on school logo for those who went and bought from stores rather than directly from the school due to costs. It certainly cuts down bullying too.

It's probably massively subsidized over in the UK to the point of almost being free. However, it can be very pricey in the US and you don't really have workarounds. Then again, sending your kids to private school is very expensive in the first place -- and that's part of the exclusivity that the private school crowd wants to keep -- so by design it locks out poorer students.
