A person cant be illegal, thats just a modifier for their status as immigrants.

Illegal is an adjective, not a noun, so by definition using it as a noun is dehumanizing.
Sorry to tell ya bud African is an adjective above. And, as shown before, illegal as a noun is in the dictionary. Specifically referring to illegal immigrants.
