Vaccines have deceased preventable disease deaths by over 1 million lives each year in the US alone. That's at least fifty to one hundred fold more than seat belts, which save on the order of 10 to 20 thousand.

Your stance is based on an appeal to emotion and anecdotes, not based on an understanding the actual comprehensive data.
