For those who were commenting earlier, my overall progression:

I've unlocked all the basic purple mirror boons except for Death Defiance #3, which I'm saving for. I have not had any keys to spare to access more, nor have I touched the orange counterparts yet. I have had all weapons and gotten the chance to do at least two runs with each. I believe I've cleared Asphodel with all of them. I'm still not really clear on what I do with the titan blood -- I see the screen where you can use it, but will I only ever have 6 to spend?

I'm not really clear on how the nectar works. You give it to someone, they give you a trinket, but they still have hearts in their encyclopedia entry. Does that mean I'll get a second trinket, or something else, if I keep giving them more? I dunno, I'm still trying to give everybody one.
