Anyone can vote via electronic or mail or in person. Fingerprint needed to verify identity. Everything sorted to same database and if identity voted more than once, other votes thrown out. Now we are gonna argue not everyone has a fingerprint. And argue it disenfranchised voters because they might not want their fingerprints filed in case they do a crime later in life. Like.
