| Zeus 08/07/20 9:07:09 PM #27: | The Wave Master posted... Rumors out of Capcom are that the direction of Street Fighter 6 was not great. The game had some weird tag mechanics that just didn't mesh with the traditional 2D one on one fighting known to the series. Play testers, developers, and higher ups were not pleased with the game or Yoshinori Ono's directing and direction. Thus the game was scrapped and they're starting back over from scratch. In the process Ono was demoted within Capcom and is no longer directing Street Fighter 6. Oo The Wave Master posted... Considering that Street Fighter V was a mess from launch Capcom didn't want a repeat of the backlash of that game and Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite. Was Infinite bad?
