Severe doesn't mean "literally dying where you stand to a level where you can't call an ambulance." Like even assuming you're correct he's supposed to stay in a hospital 24/7 until he's fully better then? Forget 2000 let's make him lose like 10k instead, and take hospital resources for weeks with a relatively healthy person. There isn't a miracle cure for COVID even if you catch it early, you know-- the reason you want to catch it early is primarily to contain spread (which Rock is doing) not increase life expectancy. If it becomes severe treat it as such but you can't just camp out in the hospital in fears it might get worse, especially when you dont even have the defining symptom of the illness. --- No problem!
