I normally deload every 6 weeks but I pushed another cycle this time because I was feeling pretty good. So that's 9 weeks. I don't feel as bad considering that. Idk though. I'm satisfied with my progress visually but I feel like I should be getting stronger faster. I know it doesn't really help to compare but it seems like most people put up bigger numbers than I do at this point. And don't need to deload as often --- But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. ...
