I saw a show here once that ranked kids TV shows and it was #1 And I thought it was weird to call it a "kids" show, but I'd also say that it feels completely different to me compared to Family Guy, R+M, Bojack, South Park Simpsons and Bob's Burgers are definitely at the lowest tier of adult cartoons in terms of actual adult content; you're not alone in feeling that there is a rift between them and the rest of the list.
