Like I said this game doesn't really innovate in any meaningful way but they did create a fun, well-made game. Would recommend waiting on a sale if the story and setting aren't already pulling you towards a purchase. fwiw I enjoyed Horizon but feel they shouldn't have done the DLC because while the game didn't bowl me over I was satisfied with that game up until the end of the main campaign. The DLC felt drawn out and I had a hard time finishing it, even though it did add to the story and flesh things out for the sequel.
