Topic	What's for supper/dinner/evening sustenance?

If you like dark meat (thighs/legs), it's one of the best ways to cook em/make em. A bit of BBQ sauce and your rocking. I'm not using bbq sauce (just spices) since i'm making tacos, but this is an exception. It's seriously good though.
