It looks like he was lifting her left breast with his left arm, then her right breast with his right arm. It also looks like he's trying very hard to show that he's not grabbing. But why? Is he looking for something hidden around her breasts? For what reason? He's going to say he's checking for weapons. The cops abused my chode last time I was pulled over Never heard that women can request a female cop.
