Of course there is still room to grow, but you're much better off than players who straight up ignore their blood gem set up. They're multiplicative if you didn't know, so you're getting about 165% of your regular damage already with this set up. If you spend a little bit of time farming you can probably get to 200-250% damage pretty quickly, this is the high to optimized range.
