I don't justify what the cops did here but just to clarify something that was said earlier in the topic: sleeping in your car intoxicated in some states is indeed a crime. it's a stupid law, but i'm just stating facts. obviously nobody should get shot for it. Yeah this and he was asleep in a drive thru lane that he was obviously blocking. Can't really say he was only sleeping in a parked car when he was in a drive thru lane. I also agree that it doesn't justify the killing. Cops are still very much at fault for shooting a guy in the back. --- just tell them all your base doesn't belong to us because we were getting stoned...they'll understand-Ken156 ...
