A few cops should be able to handle a passed out drunk dude without shooting and killing him. They shot him in the back. People who are real immediate threats tend not to face the opposite direction of their target. Oh boy I wonder how this will effect the current state of civil unrest. It is almost like the people who are supposed to protect us contribute heavily to this. --- just tell them all your base doesn't belong to us because we were getting stoned...they'll understand-Ken156 ...
