| Topic | Critically acclaimed games you only 'like' and not 'love' ? |

If the reasons they love the game are things I care about, I'd probably be just as excited about it. But if the reasons why people love it are things I don't care about or actively dislike, then I'm going to be apathetic at best and at worst I'm going to hate it. The only game I can honestly think of that I sort of enjoy but not LOVE that people can't stop jerking off over is Skyrim. I don't even remotely think it's the best RPG ever (or the best RPG of its era, or even just the best RPG of specific subgenres), but it's an okay time-waster/grind simulator if you're in the mood for that sort of thing.
