Yeah... I've lost a lot of weight without giving up anything really, but it makes it go slower which is a pain in itself.

I've been doing guided workouts through my gym's website but it's just not the same.

My roommate bought a heavy bag so I've been doing more kick boxing work outs.

I put on 6lbs since quarantine, which doesn't sound bad but I'm positive I have been losing muscle tone and that's the difference in weight.

If you're interested in something more extensive there are a few home based routines that people have been floating around.

i just go by the "mirror chart" aka do i look thinner or fatter

lol it is all going to fall apart the minute I'm not working from home, I'm really trying to milk this while it lasts
