EXEC_Z won head to head, but only by 2 votes. 2) The tie was a result of a late vote swap. This is the second time someone has swapped their votes in a wild card in the final hour, and both times it resulted in a lead change. I'm not looking too favorably on vote changes right now. However, given the closeness of R1, I feel it would be a disservice to FLIGHTLESS if I ushered along EXEC_Z under that guise. Had that match been more decisive, I would have felt comfortable with that decision, but as it is, I think we will need to host a run-off. --- Congratulations to all the gurus, past and present, participating in the contest.
