Ehh, could go either way with Nintendo. They don't have the best history of making adequate stock for in-demand items, usually in an effort to create an artificial shortage to drive up demand. It wouldn't surprise me if stores failed to order enough to meet demand, and it also wouldn't surprise me if Nintendo didn't manufacture enough, especially with how popular Animal Crossing has been and the number of people that have bought a Switch just to play that while sequestered.
