Topic	What if obama was still president when the coronavirus happened?

He was president for 2 terms so he couldn't be again but.....if ANY demo had been in office and worked on fixing Obamacare instead of replacing it, it would probably have been better. That isn't saying Demo's are better or that the affordable care act was great etc, I'm just saying improving an existing system would have been better than being inbetween them like we are now.
