They keep using the 2 to 3 weeks with a re-evaluation after a lot. Not a big deal.

Like Fauci said, Trump is trying to give hope and a goal to aspire to, but ultimately heeds to his recommendations and is flexible with his schedule to heed to it.

And, if he determines all guns ablaze, he has assessed that is what he feels is best in the long run. I don't Fauci would come to that conclusion so Trump would need to feel strongly that is the right course.
