| Reg 03/23/20 7:51:39 AM #389: | Dallas County is under a so-called shelter-in-place order as of 11:59pm tonight. Assuming this is like what's going on in NYC/CA, it doesn't actually prevent people from going to the grocery store etc when necessary and is essentially just a strongly-worded warning against going outside/visiting other people?
