Like looking it up Nevada has 36 pledged delegates (+12 superdelegates) but only 23 are awarded at precinct/CD level, 5 are party leaders and elected officials, and the remaining 8 are "at-large" and I don't think it's clear if they're going to be awarded proportionally or not (these are the state-level delegates I presume, emphasis on "I presume") but I would err on the side that they are.
