Um, they have already announced they will be at E3, which of course means their show across the street at the Microsoft Theatre and their games on the floor. All the major publishers have just been confirmed for the most part just days ago by ESA. Sony deciding not to go, as they did last year, doesn't mean Microsoft isn't going to be there. They will be. And, yes, E3 will still be the major area for game announcements. Sony if they are going to have their own event, I would assume would have theirs earlier. It is rumored they will announce a lot at Pax East whenever that is. Microsoft has a rumored Xbox Series reveal coming 4/6/20, but it is just a rumor.
