Even in like, 96-97, you could find The Simpsons in just about any pizza restaurant in town, and at least for my group it was like always the game we wanted to play. I didn't even know The Simpsons very well! Probably most of the things I knew about the show were from this game. But the game was just really colorful and fun, it didn't really look anything like any of the other arcade games of the time, and it was an awesome co-op experience with friends. The time we finally threw enough quarters into the machine to beat Mr Burns was like, a major triumph of my childhood.
