It's about really worrying (perhaps over worrying) about not bothering girls, not making girls feel uncomfortable, so it's very very passive and always trying to be kind/helpful when possible. And it's pretty much true that if you are just a douche who owns his horny goals while you will bother more girls, you also will get laid more.
