There's no tracking number because they don't have one.

There's no shipping confirmation because they don't have one to give. You said that they said they sent it to their distributor.

It's out of their hands at that point, you should be talking with the distributor.

To be fair, there's an argument to be made in this day and age that every distributor direct shipping to customers should be providing tracking numbers and shipping confirmation via e-mail. If they're not doing so, it's valid to question why. And if you have no knowledge of who a distributor is or how to contact them, it's also valid to complain about the issue to the company using that distributor. If nothing else, knowledge of problems may lead them to switch distributors in the future.
