Source requirement categories require you to get every relevant item "from source", which means picking it up from its original intended location. Regular OoT 100% has you collect all 100 unique skull tokens, all the different heart pieces, etc. If you acquire an item with a glitch (such as the Big Poe Collection bottle via a Bottle Duplication glitch), you have to also do it legit (by turning in enough big poes).
