Topic	Is amazon good on order cancels/returns?
ParanoidObsessive 12/27/19 8:43:58 AM #11:	I've probably spend tens of thousands of dollars on Amazon over the last decade or so, both on new products directly from Amazon as well as used stuff from individual sellers, and I've never once had a problem with the service. Any time someone has sent the wrong product, or not sent a product at all, or otherwise messed up an order, I file a complaint and it's almost immediately corrected or addressed in some way (either the right product gets shipped or I get a refund).
