They take very, very good care of us. B isn't theft in most situations. If the office closes down and everyone is paid as if there, you should get your day back. If the office closes down and the people who didn't use a vacation day aren't paid and you were, then it was valid. You should be able to change your mind and come in if it's a single vacation day.
