Topic	Finished Before the Storm. Chloe Price is easily my Character of the Decade.

Before playing it, I too thought, "man there's no way this short prequel could be better, and it's going to suffer without Max", only to realize that Chloe indeed is actually the best character from the series. Something about learning more about Rachel and the knowledge of what was yet to come made it an incredibly emotional journey for me.
