Thanks to toxins you don't have to worry about last hit timing as much, but rather positioning. They changed Viper, none of his abilities provide bonuses based on missing health anymore. His Poison Attack is now a stacking DoT/Slow/magic resistance debuff and the new Nethertoxin is an AoE DoT with a built-in break and damage that ramps up as targets stand in it. --- This is my signature.
