Except it's literally a he-said-she-said case.

If you roll out a scenario where you were the perfect gentleman when the court is already against you (being accused of rape), it will look more implausible and turn the court more against you.

Anything less than video evidence or witnesses and it becomes a game of Charisma.

The vast majority of false rape claims aren't particularly credible and/or come from people with a history of compulsive lying, meaning they almost invariably don't actually result in a conviction.

The vast majority of false rape claims are discovered in court, you have no idea how many were pushed through due to a lack of evidence and a public vehemence to sexual abuse of women.
