First off even if you can't get hard you can totally please a woman, and second if she uses her hand/mouth etc she can probably get you hard as well, especially after you already have had sex a few times, but that is besides the point.

Just be friends with her for now and say at least right now your not interested in a romantic relationship but you really enjoy her company and want to spend time with her etc. Also try and do some physical things together (lol yeah sex is a really great way to get in shape but if your not into that now, no biggie). Perhaps do table tennis or go on walks etc, it's healthy for both of you to do that, and exercise is more important tbh then diet. Even if you never end up finding her attractive and having romantic/sexy feelings for her, you'll have a good friend who you really enjoy hanging out with.

As far as her not trying, she sounds like she is comfortable with her body and there is no reason for her not to be. It's still good to get exercise and healthy though, and if she is doing something she enjoys with you, than that is just a bonus all around. Maybe try getting her into playing Beat Saber with you, it's been known to really help with weight loss.

Just having a female friend who loves video games, is a nerd, and that likes you and wants to hang with you is awesome. Enjoy it and don't worry too much about the sex thing etc.

Whatever you do, don't make her feel bad about herself, cause there are plenty of guys that would find her attractive. If she put up an add on a dating site etc she would get 20x as many responses as you more than likely even if your a model quality looking dude.
