Underleveled 11/22/19 5:49:04 PM #392:	The thing is, there are two ways Rob could have won - cut Amber at 3 and take Jenna (Shii Ann said at the reunion that she would have voted for him over her), or just try harder to get Shii Ann's vote on the spot. She was arguably the least bitter juror (maybe Rupert) and her vote was well enough up for grabs that he could have done more to try and get it. I think he knew he had Rupert and Jenna for sure, and that Lex and Alicia were lost causes.
