Never once have I seen it used by a good employee. Also, the only time we ever actually see someone from the union is when there is an election coming up. This is pretty much unions in general. A gaggle of thugs who sit back and take your money. Unions are a lot like flight attendants: Most of the time, they're kind just kind of pointless and annoying, but you should hope like hell that you never need them to fill their actual purpose. --- This is my signature.
