It's been implied he might have at least a cameo in the Birds of Prey film, for obvious reasons. Even if it's only a flashback. Granted, it might not happen, but it's still possible. The DCU is pretty much a continuity nightmare at this point anyway, so casting conflicts are the least of their problems.
