Sometimes you just have shit luck and catch a bug. :-/ deathpainter posted... I recently had an abscess in a similar spot. Was a pretty awful experience. The packing is terrible, but it hurt way worse getting put in than pulling it out. Especially the second time they packed it, when it wasnt pumped full of anesthetics. Yeah, I shouldn't need any more incisions or anything as long as I keep it clean and it doesn't flare up. Antibiotics should take care of it in a couple days. The doctor said I was pretty lucky in that while it was in the region of the jewels and scepter, it wasn't actually affecting them. Just around them.
