You don't need to be professional when you're not doing anything work-related. If she were actively speaking ill of the company (or prior employers)? Sure, that's damaging. If she were wearing her work uniform while doing something objectionable? Sure, that's damaging. But nobody thinks less of a company because one of its employees has a picture on their instagram of themselves at the beach in a bikini. That's just stupid. Maybe 50 years ago that might have been valid, but we live in the social media age when your off-the-job conduct can have a direct impact on your employers.
