I almost never buy games when they are released and usually wait for the price to drop and/or to make sure that I'm able to do research on whether the game is something I'd like or not. considering the souls games have a pretty good track record for me, and I was coming off the very high experience of Bloodborne becoming my favorite game of all time, this was the first game in a really, really long time that I bought day 1. it's not my fault that the game fucking sucks but it's my fault for letting myself get duped into buying something just because it has some specific words written on the box. going against my own policy one time and it turned out to be a huge mistake, but at least I learned my lesson. have been a lot more strict about waiting on games since then, and haven't felt disappointed with another purchase since. --- I saw the truth, I saw endless night skies; Understanding is pain. https://imgtc.ws/i/OObNl5s.jpg ...
