Thankfully I only work nights, and it's always 6 nights a week, so my boss doesn't have any troubles with the scheduling. Honestly, I literally can't remember the last time I actually looked at the schedule in the back room. It's always the same for me, so I just show up and assume they're expecting me to be here. The other stuff you find ways of coping with.
