Might be due to needing training etc. Also the min wage increases have been messing things up. I believe min wage in washington jumpts to $13.50 Jan 1st 2020, so about 4 months from now...least you know you'll be getting a raise at that point lolz!! But yeah, starting someone now at $13 is pretty low, I must say i'm a bit surprised, I thought more of Heagen, their prices are higher and the quality of their food is better, so I thought they also paid their employees more. --- We are 4 oreos from Heaven!!!! ...
