We've probably got quite a few older property owners here with enough socked away in savings to easily break out of the bottom 50% economically (some of us might even fall pretty close to the top 25%), and the bottom 10% pretty much requires you to be carrying meaningful debt (at least $1000 or so). But we're all terrible people in a more general sense.
