I used to think that was just people being mean, but given some of the wild stuff he's claimed, I can see that.

He's basically the prime example as to why the old "Posting false information as fact" definition of Trolling should still be explicitly stated in the ToU and harshly moderated because that's all he does.

Well, I dunno, because the thing is I genuinely don't think he thinks he's lying. He really thinks these things from what I can tell. Including that his wife left him due to Obamacare.
