Secondly, it will be good for your mind, you are doing a positive thing, and you are staying busy and distracted with an activity, getting a bit of exercise, and it will help your overall spirit. Try your local library, or Goodwill, or even a retirement home. Sometimes they just enjoy having someone there to talk to, you virtually just go for a few hours, play cards, and interact with seniors. You can hear some fascinating things while doing so also.
