As for the usual time-wasting use of phones, I've always seen that to be just as pointless as owning handhelds like the Gameboy, DS, or Switch. 99% of the time when I'm out I'm actually doing things (like driving, shopping, etc), and wouldn't have the time/ability to pay attention to a time-waster in the first place, and in the rare cases where I'm going to be somewhere for a prolonged period of time where waiting is unavoidable (like riding on a train, or a doctor's appointment, getting my oil changed, etc), I usually just bring a book to read. I don't look down on others for wanting that sort of distraction, but it's never really been something that mattered to me personally. Oh joy, it's THIS shit again... And honestly, most places outside the home where I game would be too distracting to read. And when I read, I want to be able to devote several hours at a time so bringing a book because I'm waiting 10-15 minutes ain't going to cut it. mooreandrew58 posted...
