Ulti is godfather who was about to die to a fake scan from IGCD and he flipped the fuck out cuz he knew he went nowhere. Or ulti flips town and IGCD likely scum. This would solve the where the fuck is the godfather question we had tho problem with the flips and Ulti supposedly moving but not roleblocker but one being out there.
