KH is a pretty contained group of characters, while Star Wars is a massive universe (if you allow everything created that predates Disney's acquisition of it) and Marvel is as well, though obviously on a smaller scale. The thing about Disney's live action films is that they are branded as Disney. It's what you think of as the company behind them. But Marvel? You still think of Marvel, not Disney. The big issue is that when you say the names of these big Marvel characters, I don't feel the majority of people say "Oh yeah, he's my favorite Disney character".
