| voltch 12/18/18 7:20:57 PM #20: | For moment I'll mention the series, but keep the spoiler tagged. For the voting, no need to beat around the bush, since it's all sent to me directly. I'm gonna relax the rule on characters a bit, it doesn't have to be new characters only, but they can only be judged by what they did in this year's shows and not past accomplishments. Ex: Bakugo wasn't anything special in MHA S1, but in S2 his character was a lot better. In the past the flat rule was an anime had to begin airing in same year to be eligible. If it's a 6/6 or 12/12 split, then I'll allow the show to be nommed as half a series isn't enough to be judged on.
